Rana Enterprises Real Estate is a small shop located at Shop No. 2 in the Hari Kirtan Apartment. We focus on the local property market right here in the neighborhood. We aren't one of those big real estate firms with dozens of agents and glossy brochures. It’s just us in a small office, helping people find a place to stay or helping them sell their old one. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out walking around to show different flats to potential buyers. We know the buildings in this area inside and out. The shop is pretty basic, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of notes pinned to the wall. We’re here. We’ve been here at Hari Kirtan for quite a while now. People often just stop by to say hello or to ask if we know of any shops for rent nearby. We try to be helpful and give them the real picture of what the market is like. It’s not always easy work, as prices change and people can be picky, but we just keep at it. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show people what’s available and let them decide for themselves. It’s a local business run by local people who just know the area and the people living here. That's how we work.
