Om Sai Estate Agency & Tours

We run Om Sai Estate Agency & Tours from our place at Mahada Colony in Yashodhan Nagar. It’s located in the Parishram Society on Veer Savarkar Marg, near the J K Gram area. Our office is a small spot on the ground floor where we handle two very different things every day. Half the time we are talking about flat rentals and property sales here in Thane West, and the other half we are planning tours for people. It sounds like a lot to manage, and some days it really is a bit much. One minute I’m showing a young couple a small apartment, and the next I’m looking at bus timings for a pilgrimage trip to a temple. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, so we know most of the society chairmen and the local shopkeepers around here. The office is usually filled with brochures for holiday packages and heavy files for property registrations. It gets a bit crowded when more than three people walk in at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything fancy like that. It’s just us answering the phone and writing down requirements in our thick registers. We try to be helpful and give honest advice about which areas are getting too noisy or where the water supply is good. It’s a simple life, working right here in the colony. We like that people can just walk in from the street to ask us a question. We’re not fancy people, just practical ones trying to make a living and helping others find their way.
