You’ll find Shubh Vaastu Real Estate over at Shop No.42 in Building D/3. We are located in Gopal Nagar, right on Kalyan Road. A good landmark is the Torrent Power Office; we are directly opposite it. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on Kalyan Road means there's always traffic and people moving about. We’ve been running our real estate business from this shop for a while. It’s a simple setup, nothing too fancy. We mostly deal with properties around Gopal Nagar and the surrounding areas. Every morning starts with opening up the shop and seeing who stops by. We get a mix of people, some looking for a small place to live and others wanting to set up a business. We know the buildings in this area inside out. Because we are right across from the Torrent Power Office, it’s easy to give directions. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone; we just tell people what we know about the local market. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of things and making sure we have the right details. We like the hustle and bustle of Kalyan Road. It keeps things interesting. Most of our clients are just regular people from the neighborhood who know us by name. There’s a small clock on our wall that’s always five minutes fast, but it helps us stay on schedule for meetings. It’s just a normal shop doing normal work.
