We are located in Kalyan West, specifically at Sorvaday Garden. It is a residential kind of setup in Wing 4, Flat 401. If you know the area near the Kalyan station, we are pretty close to the number one platform side. The name Cb Richard Ellis South Asia Pvt. Ltd is quite long, so most people here just know us by the building name. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The walk from the station is not too bad, maybe a few minutes if you move fast. Sometimes the traffic near the station gets a bit much, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from the city. Our office isn't anything fancy or like those big glass buildings you see in Mumbai. It is just a regular flat where we get our work done every day. We have some desks set up and the usual office stuff. The windows look out over the local area. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it makes for an easy commute. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People usually find us because they have our address or someone told them where we are located. It stays pretty busy during the day. We keep the files organized and handle the paperwork that comes through. It’s a quiet enough place to work once you are inside the wing.
