Avenue Properties

Avenue Properties is at Shop No. 48 in the Nirmaladevi Chintamani Dighe Sankul. We’re right near the Castle Mill Circle, close to Sumar Castle. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people walking by. Our shop isn't very big, but it’s enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for when people stop in to ask about flats or shops. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around to look at different buildings. Real estate around here changes pretty fast, so we try to keep up with who is selling what. We don’t use fancy brochures; we mostly just talk to people and show them what’s available on our list. It’s a local business, so we know the streets and the buildings in this area quite well. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty from the road construction nearby, but we just keep the door open and wait for the next person to come in. We don't have a big marketing team, just us and our knowledge of the neighborhood. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s just second nature now. Most days we are grabbing a quick snack between meetings or driving someone to go see a property nearby. It is a busy life but it keeps us on our toes. We have been in Shop 48 for a long time now, so most of the other shopkeepers in the Dighe Sankul know us. It is a good little community.
