You can find us over at Sri Sai Kripa on Plot No-7 in Sector No-1 of Shreenagar. Being in Thane West means there is always a lot of noise and movement, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city. We work as realtors, which basically means we spend our days talking to people and walking around different properties. Our office isn’t anything to write home about. It’s just a functional space with some chairs and a table where we can spread out maps and documents. Shreenagar is a neighborhood we know inside and out. We’ve seen the buildings go up and the shops change over the years. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics or corporate jargon because that’s not how we like to be treated ourselves. We just show people what’s available in the 400604 area and give them the facts. Sometimes it’s a lot of running around in the rain or heat, but that’s just the life of a realtor in Maharashtra. We have a small team and we pretty much handle everything from the initial call to the final paperwork ourselves. It’s an honest way to work and we like being able to help our neighbors find a place to stay. We’re just regular folks who happen to know a lot about local real estate and we’re happy to share that knowledge.
