Our academy is located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We are in Sector 14, inside the Citadel Co-op Housing Society at Flat Number 9. It is a very local setup. We decided to use a flat because it makes the whole healthcare training thing feel more personal and less like a cold hospital environment. When you walk in, it feels like a home because it mostly is one. We have set up rooms for different parts of our healthcare and academy work. There is usually someone at the front desk to greet people, but we are a small team so we all do a bit of everything. Vashi is a good area with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Most of our students live in the surrounding parts of Thane and Navi Mumbai. We don't have a big marketing budget, so most people hear about us through their friends or family. We keep the place clean and tidy, but it is definitely a working office. You might see some medical models or textbooks lying around on the tables. We spend our mornings planning and our afternoons teaching. It is a quiet street for the most part, which helps when we are trying to focus. We just provide a space for people to learn the basics of healthcare without any unnecessary complications. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place for people to study.
