Tarapur Viday Mandir & Junior College

If you’re looking for us, we’re located at Plot No 17 in Sakinaka, over in Boisar. It’s a pretty active area with a lot of people moving around. We have both the younger school kids and the older junior college students sharing the space here. It gets a bit crowded during the breaks when everyone spills out into the halls at the same time. The building has been here for a while and shows its age in some spots, like the paint peeling near the windows or the stairs being a bit worn down. We don't have a massive campus, but we use the space we have as best as we can. Palghar can get quite hot, so the fans are always going in the classrooms. In the mornings, there’s a rush at the gate with cycles and parents dropping off their children. The junior college students usually hang around the front after their classes are done, talking and catching up. We don’t have fancy stuff like air conditioning or high-tech labs, just the basic classrooms with wooden benches and blackboards. It’s a local place for local families. Most of the staff live nearby, so everyone knows each other’s names. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure the students learn what they need for their exams. It’s a simple life here in Boisar, nothing too complicated about it.
