Shri Gajanand Singh High School is located in Gala Nagar, right inside Oswal Nagari in Nala Sopara. This part of Nalasopara East is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. The school sits at 401209 in Palghar, serving the families who live nearby. We don't have a big corporate office or a PR team. It’s just us, the teachers, and the staff who show up every morning to open the gates. The building is a standard concrete structure that gets pretty warm in the summer months. We spend a lot of time walking through the corridors, making sure the kids are in their seats and the lessons are going as planned. You can hear the sound of the local trains if you listen closely enough from the top floor. Our office is usually filled with parents asking about forms or teachers checking the daily schedule. We use basic wooden benches and traditional blackboards because that’s what we’ve always had. It’s a bit chaotic when the school day ends and everyone rushes out at once, but that’s just how it is. We deal with leaky taps and chipped paint just like any other building in the area. It’s not a perfect place, but it’s a real one where work gets done every day without much fuss. We just focus on the daily tasks of running a school in a busy neighborhood.
