Ynot restaurant. Our shop is No I/6 in the Kothari Compound. We're on Tiku ji ni wadi road in Thane West. It’s a bit of an industrial-feeling area because of the compounds, but it’s got its own rhythm. Right across from us is Cosmos Heritage, which most people in Thane West know. We’ve been at this address for some time now. It’s not a glamorous spot, but it’s ours. Running a restaurant in Thane means you have to be ready for all sorts of people. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen or just keeping the floor clean. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just wanted to have a place of our own on Tiku ji ni wadi road. The traffic around here can be a headache sometimes, but that’s just part of being in Thane. We’re tucked away in the compound, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. People find us eventually. We don’t do much to promote the place; we just hope the food is enough to bring someone back. It’s a simple setup with basic tables and chairs. Nothing too polished or corporate. Just a local eatery doing its thing day in and day out. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can.
