Anant Treat

Anant Treat is on the ground floor of Apeksha Apartment on Santoshi Mata Road in Kalyan. We are right across from the Adharsh Hindi High School and near Rambaugh Lane No 4. It’s a very busy street, especially in the mornings and when the school lets out. We started this little place to serve the people living and working in this part of Thane. It’s not a big restaurant with a waiting area. It’s just a small shop where you can sit down for a quick meal or take something home. The noise from the traffic on Santoshi Mata Road is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We handle all the work ourselves, from cooking the food to washing the dishes at the end of the day. We don't have a corporate office or anyone managing our social media. Most of our customers are the parents from the school or people living in the apartments nearby. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded and we have to ask people to share tables. We keep the menu simple because we only have a small kitchen to work with. We try to keep the prices low enough so that the students can come in for a snack. It’s just a regular neighborhood spot. We don't have any big goals other than keeping the stove running and the customers satisfied with their lunch. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for as long as people keep coming by.
