Ali Baba Chinese & Multicuisine Family Restaurant

Our place is actually a couple of kiosks, number 10/B and 10/C, located in Sector 30 of Vashi. We’re very close to the railway station, so we see a lot of commuters rushing back and forth all day long. Being opposite the Top 10 shop makes us easy to find if you’re coming from the station side. Since we’re in a kiosk setup, things are a bit tight, but we’ve got a system that works for us. It’s a multicuisine spot, so the kitchen is always doing five things at once to keep up with the orders. Navi Mumbai is a busy place, and the 400703 area is no exception. We don't have a big indoor dining hall like a fancy hotel; it’s more about the food and the people stopping by on their way home. The staff is used to working in a small space, and we’ve gotten pretty fast at it over time. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us or a corporate office. We just put out the tables and chairs we have and start cooking early in the day. It gets noisy with the trains nearby and the shoppers walking past, but that’s the atmosphere we’re used to. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if it’s just a small spot near the tracks. We’ve been here in Vashi for a while now, and we’ve seen the station area grow up around us. We just keep the kiosk open and serve whoever comes by.
