Achija Pure Veg Restaurant

We are over in Thane West, specifically in the Naupada area on Baji Prabhu Deshpande Road. Our shop is number 1 in Laxmi Niwas. Most people know the area because of Gajanan Vada Pav, and we are right next to them. It’s a good spot in Vishnu Nagar. We only do vegetarian food here at Achija Pure Veg Restaurant. It’s a small place, not a big fancy restaurant. We have some tables for people to sit at, and a lot of people just stop by for a quick bite while they are out and about. Thane is a busy place and this road gets a lot of traffic. We open up early to get everything ready for the day. The kitchen is small but we keep it busy. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside and the people coming in and out. We've been here for a while and we know most of the people who live around here. They come in for lunch or take something home for dinner. We don't do anything too complicated. It's just honest food in a simple setting. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people seeing us when they walk past. It’s a basic business, but it keeps us busy every day of the week.
