Angel Dosa Centre

We are located at Shop No 08 on Khopat Road in Thane West. It’s near Runwal Nagar, so a lot of people living around there stop by. We mostly do dosas and things like that. It’s a small shop, not much room for anything other than the griddle and a few places to stand or sit. Thane gets pretty hot, so we’re always working over the heat of the stove. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. People come by for a quick breakfast or a light snack in the evening. We start early to get the batter ready. It’s a lot of repetitive work, pouring and flipping, but that’s what we do. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure the food is ready when someone walks up. The road outside can be noisy with all the traffic heading through Thane West. We just stay focused on the orders. Sometimes we get a big rush of kids after school. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town. We just want to stay open and keep the customers coming back. It’s a simple life running a dosa stall on Khopat Road. We keep the prices where they should be and just keep going day after day. It's nothing fancy, just a local food stall where you can get a quick bite and move on with your day.
