Winden Realty started out in Thane, right here in the Kolbad area. We are tucked away in the Paridhi Apts Compound on the ground floor mostly. It is a quiet spot but busy enough for what we do. People around here know the 215-B building. We have been working out of this space for a while now. The office is not very fancy, just desks and chairs and plenty of paperwork. Dealing with property in Thane can be a bit of a headache sometimes because the rules change and the prices are always moving around. We just try to keep up with it all. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around different sites. It is just a few of us here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. When someone walks in, they usually talk to whoever is free at the moment. We know the streets around Kolbad pretty well. It’s a good neighborhood with lots of older buildings and some new ones coming up. We handle the usual stuff like sales and rentals. It gets dusty in the summer and the rains are heavy, but we stay open. There isn't much to say other than we are a local business trying to make things work. We don’t use those big slogans you see on billboards. It’s just us doing the job every day and helping people find a place to stay.
