Welcome Family Restaurant

Our restaurant is located at Shop No 5 in Panch Pakhadi, right here in Thane West. We are sitting pretty close to the Eastern Express Highway, and most people know the area because of the Nitin Company nearby. Being near the highway means we get a mix of people. You have the locals from Thane who come in for a quiet dinner, and then you have travelers who are just passing through and need a break from the road. We called it Welcome Family Restaurant because we wanted it to be a place where you could bring your kids and not worry about things being too stiff or formal. We’ve got a basic setup with wooden tables and some simple decor on the walls. It feels like a normal home kitchen sometimes, especially when it’s full of families on a Sunday evening. We spend a lot of time in the back getting the food ready. It’s a lot of work, keeping everything running, but we’ve gotten into a good rhythm over the years. We don't have a fancy website or a big PR team. Most people just see the sign from the road or hear about us from their neighbors. It can get pretty loud when the highway traffic is heavy, but inside we try to keep things comfortable. We just do our best to serve decent food and keep the place open for whoever needs a meal.
