Vijay Durga Restaurant is tucked away in the Ashok Industrial Estate on L B S Road. We have units 2, 3, and 4, which gives us enough room to handle the lunch rush. Being in Gokul Nagar-Thane West means we get a lot of workers from the nearby factories and shops. Navnit Motors is just around the corner, so that is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. The area is quite industrial and busy with trucks and traffic all day long. Inside the restaurant, it is pretty basic. We have tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We keep the place clean, but it is definitely not a five-star setup. It is a place where people come to eat a quick meal before heading back to work. We open early to catch the morning crowd and stay open through the evening. The kitchen is always moving. You can hear the clatter of plates and the sound of the stove almost constantly. Thane is a crowded place, and our little corner of L B S Road is no exception. We focus on serving the people who work in the industrial estate. It is honest work and we have many regulars who come in every single day. We know most of them by face, if not by name. It is just a regular restaurant doing its thing in the middle of a busy industrial zone.
