If you know the Sonarpada bus stop on Kalyan Shil Road, then you know exactly where we are. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of trucks and commuters passing by all the time. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space in an industrial-style compound. We handle property matters here every day. It can get a bit dusty and loud because of the traffic on Kalyan Shil Road, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team or a glossy brochure. It’s just us doing our thing in this part of Thane. Most of our work involves local real estate and we’ve been at this spot for a while. The location is very practical for us because it’s a central point for many people traveling through Dombivali. We have a few desks and a place to sit, nothing more than what is needed to get the job done. Sometimes we walk over to the bus stop area for a quick break. It’s an honest, working-class kind of area and our office fits right in. We don't make big promises, we just deal with the reality of the property market around here. It’s a busy, unpolished place to work, but it gets the job done for us.
