Our place is over in Boisar West, specifically at A-9 in Roop Rajat Nagar. If you know where Anand Hospital is, we are just off that main bit. We spend most of our days dealing with spices. It's what we do. The smell in the shop is pretty strong because of all the grinding and mixing. My hands usually smell like turmeric or chili by the time I go home. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. Just a small setup where we make sure the masales are done right. People around here come to us because they want something that tastes like home cooking. We don't use fancy packaging or spend money on big ads. We just focus on the powders and blends. Sometimes the machines act up or the weather makes the drying slow, but we manage. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We have bags of raw spices sitting around waiting to be processed. If you are walking near Roop Rajat Nagar, you can probably find us just by following the scent of the spices. We’ve been at this for some time now and it's a steady life. The fans in the shop are always running to keep the dust down, but a little bit of spice always settles on the counters. It’s a small price to pay for the work we do. We don't have a big marketing department. I’m just writing this because we need people to know where we are in Boisar West. It's a simple, honest business.
