Red Spice

Red Spice is located over in Kalyan City, specifically in the Mohan Regency building on Adharwadi Jain Road. We are pretty close to the Shree Complex, so a lot of people living in these apartments know us. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main market, but we stay busy with the locals. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. It’s just a small setup where you can get some spicy food when you don't feel like cooking at home. The kitchen is always going, and you can usually smell the spices from the street. We started this because there weren't many places right here in Adharwadi that served this kind of stuff. The seating is simple. We have some staff who have been with us since we opened. They know the regulars by name and usually know what they want to order before they even sit down. Sometimes we run out of things if it’s a busy night, but that’s just how it goes with a small kitchen. We keep the lights a bit dim and just let people enjoy their meal without any rush. It’s a decent place for a quick dinner or a weekend treat for the family. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open the doors every morning and hope people like what we've cooked. It's a simple life running a restaurant in Kalyan. We appreciate the people who come back week after week.
