Lemon Chilly

You can find Lemon Chilly over at the Joy A2 building, specifically shops 15 and 16. We are right in the Saket Paradise area on Adharwadi Jail Road. It’s a busy part of Kalyan City, especially being so close to D B Chowk. There’s always people walking by or cars honking outside. We started this place because we wanted something local in this neighborhood. The shop isn’t very big, so things can get a little crowded when the lunch rush starts. We have some tables set up, and we try to keep the place tidy, though it’s hard when it gets busy. Most of our customers are folks who live nearby in Thane or people working in the small offices around here. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us and a few helpers in the kitchen. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients and making sure we don’t run out of stuff by mid-afternoon. The street outside can get a bit dusty with all the construction and traffic, but we keep the doors closed to keep it out. It’s a plain, honest place to get a meal. We don’t have fancy menus or anything like that. We just write down what we have and get to work. It’s been a few years now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the jail road area. It is usually noisy until sunset.
