Kitchen Spice

Kitchen Spice is located at Shop No 9 in the Godse Building on Mahatma Phule Road. We are quite close to the railway station in Dombivli West, which means there is never a quiet moment. Thane is a busy place, and this part of it is especially hectic. We opened this shop because it was a good spot for people getting off the train. It’s not a very big space, just enough for the kitchen and a small counter. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. We use the same pots and pans we've had for years. The staff is just family and a couple of guys from the neighborhood. We don't have a manager or a corporate office. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time yet. We focus on getting the food ready for the evening rush when everyone is heading home from work. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us busy. We don't really do any advertising. The smell of the food usually brings people in as they walk past from the station. 421202 is a crowded area, but it feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. It's an honest living. We are just here doing what we know.
