VAL ESTATES LLP

We are based at Plot Number A-549 in the TTC Mahape area of MIDC Rabale. It’s very much an industrial zone, so there are a lot of warehouses and factories around us. VAL ESTATES LLP is right in the heart of this activity. It’s not the quietest place to work, with all the trucks moving in and out, but it’s where the action is. Our office is a simple setup on the plot. We deal mostly with industrial and commercial spaces because of where we are located in 400701. It’s a lot of technical talk about square footage and power lines. We spend a good part of the day out on the field, checking out different sites in the MIDC belt. The air can be a bit heavy with the factory smoke sometimes, but that’s just life in Rabale. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with magazines. Usually, if someone comes by, we just pull up a spare chair and talk shop. It’s a very practical business. We’ve been here long enough to know the layout of these industrial plots like the back of our hands. We aren't big on marketing ourselves. We just do the work and let people know what's available for lease or sale. It’s a tough environment but we’ve gotten used to the grit of it. There is always someone coming in asking about a godown or a small factory unit, and we just give them the straight facts.
