Vaibhav Chinese Centre

You can find Vaibhav Chinese Centre at Shop No 9, 10, and 11 in Sable Wadi. We are tucked away on the service road in Panch Pakhadi-Thane West. Most people know we are near the Nitin Company. It's a busy part of Thane, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We have a few shops joined together to make enough room for the kitchen and some seating. We make Chinese food the way people around here like it. Lots of spices and quick service. It’s not a fine dining setup. The tables are basic and the floor is just regular tiles. We get a lot of take-away orders from the offices nearby. Some people stop by after work for a quick bite. Thane - 400602 is a crowded area, so parking is always a bit of a headache, but people manage. We have been in this spot for some time now. The staff knows the regulars by their usual orders. We use a lot of vegetables and sauces every day. It gets hot in the kitchen with the big burners going, but that's part of the job. We aren't fancy, just a local spot for noodles and rice. If you are on the service road near Panch Pakhadi, you will probably smell the food before you see the sign. We just keep cooking and serving as long as there are customers. It's hard work but it's okay for us.
