Urban Tadka Restaurant

Our restaurant is on the 4th floor of Korum Mall on Mangal Pandey Road. Being right near Cadbury Junction in Thane West means there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside. We have been inside the mall for several years now. It is a bit different from having a shop on the street because we have to follow the mall’s opening and closing times. Most of our day is spent getting ready for the lunch and dinner rushes. The mall gets incredibly busy on Saturdays and Sundays when everyone is out with their families. We just try our best to keep up with all the orders coming in. The kitchen can get a bit chaotic when every single table is full and people are waiting outside. We are not trying to be some high-end place with white tablecloths. We are just a restaurant where you can get a meal while you are out shopping. The staff works long hours, and sometimes we might get an order wrong, but we always try to make it right for the customer. Being up on the 4th floor means we don’t hear the honking from the street as much, which is nice. We see a lot of the same families from the J K Gram area coming in every week. It is a lot of work to run a place like this, but we are used to the pace now.
