The Sigree

The Sigree is located in Shop No 6 on the ground floor of Kalika Tower. We are on Kolbad Lane in Thane West, which is a pretty busy neighborhood. If you know where Pratap Cinema is, we are quite close to that. We are also near Panchpakhadi, so people from that side come over too. The shop isn't very big, but we make use of the space we have. It is a ground-floor spot, so you can walk right in from the street. The lane can get crowded with cars and bikes, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. Inside, it is just a normal setup with tables and the kitchen in the back. We have a few windows that look out onto the lane, but they stay closed mostly to keep the dust out. We have been running this place for a while and we know most of the neighbors. We do not have a big team of people, just a few of us who handle the cooking and the serving. The building is a bit older, so we are always checking on the lights and the fans. We do not do any fancy marketing or social media stuff. Most people find us because they are going to the cinema or living nearby. It is just a simple restaurant in Thane. We try to keep things honest and just do our work every day without making a big fuss about it. We stay open late most nights.
