The Community Restaurant

We are located at number 6 on the ground floor of the Dhandurga Co-operative Housing Society. It is right near Uthalsar Naka in Thane West. Since we are inside a housing society, we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. We have been cooking here for the neighborhood for a good while now. It is a simple setup with tables and chairs where people can sit down for a meal. The kitchen is right there, and you can usually hear the pots and pans clanging while we work. We do not have a fancy decor or anything like that. It is just a clean place to eat. We serve mostly local food that people in 400601 are used to. Sometimes the place gets really crowded during dinner time, and people have to wait a bit for a seat. We try to move as fast as we can, but we are only a few people in the kitchen. Cleaning up at the end of the night takes a while, especially scrubbing the floors. We are not trying to be a five-star place; we just want to provide decent food for the people living around here. It is a lot of hard work, but we like being part of the community. If you are near Uthalsar Naka, you can find us easily enough. We are just a local restaurant doing our best every day.
