The Beer Cafe

We are right on the ground floor of Viviana Mall, which is a huge place on the Eastern Express Highway in Thane West. It is hard to miss because we are right beside Jupiter Hospital. The location means we get a real mix of people, from shoppers to folks visiting the hospital. The highway is always loud, and you can hear the traffic even from inside the mall sometimes. We spend a lot of our shift handling the taps and checking on the bottles in the back. It’s a lot of inventory work that people don’t usually see. The mall gets incredibly crowded on the weekends, and it can feel a bit overwhelming, but we just stick to our stations. We don’t have a fancy story about why we are here. It’s a business in a mall, and we try to keep things running smoothly. Our staff works long hours, especially on Friday nights when everyone wants to unwind. We don't use any marketing scripts or polished language when we talk to people. We just ask what they want to drink and get it for them. The floors need constant mopping, and the glasses always need cleaning. It is just the reality of running a place like this. We are just one of many shops in this big building, doing our best to keep up with the pace of Thane.
