Tandoor Chilli

Tandoor Chilli is located in Shop No 1 and 2 of the Jai Co-Operative Housing Society. We are right on Pokhran Road No 1 in the Khopat area of Thane West. Being near Cadbury Junction means there is always a lot of activity and vehicles passing by. It is a small shop, not much room to move around, but we make it work. Most of our business comes from the people living in the society or the nearby buildings. It is a busy junction, so there is always noise from the traffic and the horns. We start our work early in the afternoon to get everything ready for the evening rush. It is just a handful of us working here. The kitchen is small and gets quite hot, especially in the summer months. We don't have any fancy seating, just a few spots for people to wait while their food is being prepared. Thane is always growing, but this corner of Khopat feels the same as it did years ago. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around here. It is a simple life, just running a small food joint in a busy part of the city. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just open up the shutters, cook what is needed, and close up once the orders stop coming in late at night. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, but we just keep going.
