Stick Bowl Restaurant

You can find us at Shop No 1 in the Sukh Ganganand building. We are right at Uthalsar Naka in Thane West, 400601. It’s a small place, right near Joshi Hospital. We opened up here because we liked the neighborhood. It isn't a big fancy dining hall or anything like that. It’s more of a local shop where we spend our time making food. We call it Stick Bowl. Most of our morning is spent chopping vegetables and getting things ready before the lunch rush starts. Thane is a crowded place, and this corner near the hospital gets a lot of people walking by. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is something we like. We aren't doing anything too crazy with our menu. It's just the kind of food we like to eat ourselves. The kitchen is quite small, so we have to stay organized or things get messy fast. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when everyone comes at once, but we do our best to keep things moving. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to look. It's just us in the kitchen and one or two people out front. We try to keep the tables clean and the food as hot as we can. That's about all there is to it. If you are ever near Uthalsar Naka, you’ve probably seen us. We are just a regular part of the local street.
