We have another spot over at Plot No 901, A/2, in the Hill Park Tower. This one is on Captain Samant Marg, right behind the Agrawal Industrial Estate in Jogeshwari (West). It is a different vibe from our other locations. Being up in a tower means we have a bit of a view, though it is mostly just other buildings and the industrial estate below. Star Anise Fine Food Pvt. Ltd. is run from here too. It is a busy area because of the industrial estate nearby, so there are always trucks and tempos moving around on Captain Samant Marg. The office is just a place where we keep our records and handle the logistics for the food. It is not decorated or anything special. We have basic furniture and a lot of blue folders piled up. The lift in Hill Park Tower is sometimes slow or out of order, so we end up waiting a lot. It is a practical location for us. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the different parts of the business. It gets a bit stressful when deadlines are close, and the office can feel a bit cramped with all the paperwork. But it is what it is. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just need a place to work and manage things, and this tower in Jogeshwari works for that. It is just our daily routine.
