Springhill Realty Llp is located right inside Lake City Mall at Kapurbavadi. Specifically, we are in shop numbers 4B, 11, and 13. It is a bit of a spread-out spot within the mall. Being on G B Road means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside, which is just part of life in Thane. We aren't a big corporate office in a skyscraper. Instead, we have this space in the mall where we handle our property work. It is convenient because there are plenty of places to grab a tea nearby. We spend our mornings going through listings and our afternoons talking to people who stop by or call us. The mall environment is a bit different than a traditional office building, but it works for us. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just work with real estate and try to keep things moving along. Kapurbavadi is a landmark everyone knows, so we don't have to give long directions. Sometimes the mall is quiet on weekday mornings and then it gets really packed in the evenings. We just follow the flow of the day. It’s a practical location for a local business like ours.
