Spices & Sauces United 21 Restaurant is situated within the United 21 Hotel over in Gokul Nagar. The address is 29 Lbs Marg in Thane West. We are quite close to the old Kesar Mill, which is how most locals describe our location. Being on Lbs Marg means we are right in the thick of things in Thane. It’s a very busy road, and there’s always something happening outside. Since we are inside a hotel, we get a mix of guests who are staying for work and people from the neighborhood who just want to eat out. The dining room has a lot of windows, so you can watch the traffic go by while you sit. It’s not a very quiet place, but it has a good energy. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just cook the food and serve it. The kitchen staff has been together for a long time, so they work well without needing much direction. We get our supplies delivered early in the morning, and then it's a rush to get everything ready before the first guests show up for lunch. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit when it’s really hot outside, but we try our best to keep everyone comfortable. We don't have a big social media presence or anything like that.
