Spice Roots Chinese Corner

We started Spice Roots Chinese Corner over here in Kalwa a while back. You can find us at Shop No 9 in Building No 2 of Vastu Anand, right on the Old Mumbai Pune Road. It’s pretty easy to spot since we’re directly opposite the Parsik Bank Head Office in Parsik Nagar. Most of the folks who live around here know us for the quick bites we serve. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular corner shop where we keep the stove going for most of the day. We get a lot of people stopping by after work or on their way home. The kitchen is busy and usually smells like soy sauce and ginger. We try to keep things moving fast because nobody likes waiting when they’re hungry. The neighborhood has changed a bit, but we’re still here in the same spot. It gets crowded in the evenings, especially with the commuters coming off the road. We just focus on putting out hot food for the local crowd. If you’re around Parsik Nagar, you’ll see our sign. We handle a lot of takeaways, but people also stand around and eat. It’s a simple setup. We don't have much of a lobby or anything, just the counter and the cooking area. We've been part of this little stretch of buildings for some time now. It's just us doing our thing every day.
