We've been at Kadri Colony for a bit now, right across from Sohail Hotel. It's a busy spot in Thane. Southfield Realty LLP isn't a massive corporate office, just some of us working out of Building Number 1. Most people know the landmark around here because of the hotel, so finding us isn't too hard. We handle property stuff, mostly just local things in this part of Maharashtra. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but that's just Thane for you. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular office where we sit and go through paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street comes by. We try to keep things straightforward. People come in asking about flats or shops nearby. We help out where we can. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking documents. The 400612 area has changed quite a bit since we started. There’s always some new construction happening. We just stick to our routine here in Kadri Colony. If you're walking past the hotel, you'll see our sign. It's nothing special, just a place where we get work done. We know the neighbors pretty well. Dealing with real estate in this city takes a lot of patience, and we've got plenty of that. Just a small team trying to keep up with the daily grind. That's pretty much who we are. We hope to stay for many more years.
