Shivraj Restaurant & Bar

Shivraj Restaurant & Bar is right by the Kopari Check Naka on the Eastern Express Highway in Thane East. This is a very busy part of town because of all the vehicles coming in and out of the city. We’ve been here at this spot for quite a long time. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We have a bar area and then a section where people can sit and eat. The furniture is old but sturdy, and the lighting is just what we need to see what we’re doing. We don't have any of those modern themes or expensive interiors. It’s just a place where you can come as you are after a long day of work. Our staff are regular people who have been around the neighborhood for years. We spend a lot of our time managing the inventory and making sure the kitchen is running right. The noise from the highway and the check naka is constant, so it’s never really quiet here, but that’s just life in Thane East. We don't have a website or do any social media stuff. We just focus on the people who walk through our door every day. It’s hard work, especially during the late-night rush, but we just keep at it. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way since we first opened up the doors to the public.
