Shivaksh Realtors LLP is located in Gala No 23E, inside the Kothari Compound at Manpada. We are just off the main Ghodbunder Road, which as anyone in Thane knows, is always packed with cars and energy. Being in the 9 Acre area gives us a good base to work from. It’s more of an industrial-feeling spot than a shiny office park, but that suits our way of doing things. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the nitty-gritty of local property deals. It’s not always pretty—there’s plenty of dust from the road and stacks of files that never seem to get smaller. We are just a group of people who know this part of the 400607 area really well. Most of our days are a mix of answering emails and driving out to look at sites along the highway. We don't put on airs or pretend to be some giant corporation. We’re just here to do a job and help people figure out their real estate situations. Sometimes we stay late when a deal is getting complicated, and other times we might close up early if things are quiet. It’s a very human way of running a business. We like being right here in Manpada where the action is. It’s busy, it’s a bit noisy, but it’s home for our work. People know us for being straightforward and showing up on time.
