Shardavenue Realtyspaces Llp

Shardavenue Realtyspaces Llp is based out of the Savannah building in Vasant Lawns. We are way up on the 15th floor, specifically flat 1504. Majiwada is a pretty active part of Thane, and being in this specific complex means we are surrounded by a lot of other residents and families. It’s a nice area, honestly. We chose this spot because it feels right for what we do. It isn't a shop on the main road where people just wander in, but rather a dedicated space where we can sit down and focus on property matters. The view from up here is alright, you can see quite a bit of the Thane skyline on clear days. We started this because we wanted a place to handle our real estate work in a quiet environment. It is mostly just paperwork and phone calls throughout the week. Vasant Lawns is quite easy to locate for anyone living around here. We don't have a giant neon sign or a lobby full of brochures. It is just a functional office space inside a residential building. We deal with the local market and keep our operations simple. Some days are busier than others, especially when the traffic near Majiwada gets backed up, which happens a lot. We like the neighborhood though. It’s a decent place to be based and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. Nothing fancy about it.
