We are Selec Controls Pvt Ltd, and you can find our setup at El27/1 in the Electronic Zone of the TTC Industrial Area. It’s a massive area and we are just one part of it. The building is a bit older now, but it serves us well for what we need to do. Inside, there are lots of small parts and electronic components everywhere. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch where you step because there’s always something being moved or assembled. We don’t spend money on polished floors or expensive furniture. Our focus is mainly on the assembly lines and making sure the controls are built properly. Most of the guys here have been working at El27/1 for years, so we’re like a small family. We have our internal jokes and our usual tea breaks. It’s not a high-pressure corporate office; it’s more of a practical workshop. The TTC area is always buzzing with trucks and workers, so there’s a lot of energy around. Selec Controls Pvt Ltd is just our little corner where we put in the hours. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, do the work as best as we can, and try to keep things organized. It’s simple and honest, which is how we like it. The days go by fast when we are busy with a big batch of orders.
