Sayba The Family Experience

Sayba The Family Experience is located in Navjivan Apartment on Station Road in Kalwa. We are very close to the fish market, so you can imagine how lively this area gets every single day. The walk from the station is always crowded with people rushing to catch trains or heading home after work. Our place is on the ground floor, and we have a simple sign outside that most people recognize by now. Inside, it is just a plain room with enough tables for families to sit together. We called it a family experience because that is who mostly comes in—parents with their kids or groups of relatives living nearby in Thane. The noise from the street and the fish market sometimes drifts inside, but we just keep the fans running to keep the air moving. We aren't trying to be a five-star place with white gloves and fancy menus. The chairs are plastic, and the water is served in steel tumblers. Our staff lives locally, so they know the regulars and often chat about the weather or the train delays. It gets a bit chaotic on Sunday nights when everyone wants a table at the same time, and we have to ask people to wait a bit in the hallway of Navjivan Apartment. We just try to keep things clean and serve the food as fast as the kitchen can manage it. It is just a regular spot in Kalwa for regular people.
