Sayaan Foodies House

We've been at Shop No 228 in Netaji Chowk for a while now. Most folks around Ulhasnagar No 5 know where we are, right near the New English School. It’s a busy spot, and we try to keep things moving. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the lunch rush. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It's just a place to eat. Sometimes the chairs aren't perfectly aligned, but we clean the tables as fast as we can. Being in Thane, the weather gets sticky, so we keep the fans going. People stop by after picking up their kids from school or when they're out running errands around the chowk. We know most of the regulars by name now. It’s funny how you get used to the sounds of the street outside while you're working. We focus on getting the food out. Nothing is too complicated here. We use what we can find at the local market. If you’re walking past the school, you’ll see our sign. It's not the biggest shop, but we make it work. Most days are pretty much the same, just cooking and serving whoever walks in. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing ads. We'd rather just be behind the counter. That's how we've always done it here in Ulhasnagar. It's a simple setup, really. We just hope the food tastes alright to everyone who visits us daily.
