Saraswati Vidya Mandir High School

Saraswati Vidya Mandir High School sits right inside Shop No. 2 and 3 of Tapsu Apartment. We are located on the busy 90 Feet Road in Nalasopara East, Palghar. It is quite a crowded area, especially during the morning when parents are dropping off their kids before going to work. The school occupies these ground floor spaces, so you can see the students coming and going right from the sidewalk. Inside, the rooms are divided into different classrooms for the high school grades. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside on 90 Feet Road, but everyone here is used to it by now. We have been in this spot for a while, serving the local families living in the nearby apartments. Most of the children walk to school from the surrounding buildings in Nalasopara. The teachers spend their day moving between the small rooms, managing the desks and the blackboards. It is not a massive campus with big fields, just a practical setup for learning in the middle of a busy residential neighborhood. You will often see the staff sitting near the front entrance during the break, keeping an eye on the street. It’s a very local operation. We keep things simple here and focus on getting through the syllabus every year. Life at the school follows a very steady rhythm from the first bell to the last one in the afternoon. People in the area know us mostly by our sign on the apartment building.
