We are located over at Vishwa Vihang Apartment on Hendrepada Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where Saishyam Mandir is in Badlapur West. The whole Kulgaon area has its own pace, and we’ve settled in here quite well. San Realty Solutions S.D. LLP is just our small team working out of the office to help people with their housing and land questions. Badlapur has seen a lot of people moving in lately because it's a bit quieter than the main city parts. We spend a lot of our time walking around the local neighborhoods and checking out different sites. The 421503 area is where we live and work, so we know the streets like the back of our hands. It’s not a fancy setup we have here, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't see the point in being all corporate and stiff. People around here appreciate a straightforward conversation more than a sales pitch. We just try to be helpful when someone walks through the door. Some days are slow, while others involve a lot of running around in the heat. That's just how it goes in this line of work. Being near Hendrepada makes it convenient for locals to just drop in when they are passing by. We like the community feel of this part of Thane and the people who live here.
