Samar Realty Llp is based in the Dev Corpora building on the 12th floor. We are right near the Cadbury Company in Khopat, which is a landmark everyone in Thane knows. If you roll down your windows on a good day, you can even smell the chocolate from the factory nearby. Our office is part of Vihang Enterprises, situated right on the Eastern Express Highway. Being on the 12th floor gives us a good vantage point, though we spend more time looking at spreadsheets than out the window. It’s a professional building, but we try to keep things relaxed inside our own space. We have a lot of people coming in who are navigating the Thane property market for the first time. The highway outside is always packed, and that energy kind of carries into the office. We deal with all sorts of real estate matters, from small flats to larger commercial spaces. It’s a lot of coordinating meetings and making sure all the legal documents are ready for signing. We aren't big on flashy presentations. Usually, it’s just sitting down with a map and explaining where a project is located and what the connectivity is like. The work involves a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and clients. We’ve been at this location for some time now and have gotten used to the pace of Khopat and the constant movement of the highway. Sometimes the elevator wait is long, but the view makes up for it.
