Ruchi Chinese And Biryani Centre is at Castle Mill Naka in Thane West. We are on Prabhakar Hegde Marg, right across from Thakkar House. This is one of the busiest spots in Thane and there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. Our shop is quite small and it is very casual. We serve a mix of Chinese food and Biryani because that is what people around here really enjoy. You can hear the chefs working the woks from the street. It is a noisy, energetic place and we do not have any air conditioning, so the fans are always on. Most of our customers are people heading home from work who want a quick meal. The seating is very basic and we do not spend money on fancy menus or decorations. We believe in keeping things simple and honest. The kitchen is always on the go and we make our biryani in big pots every day. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from the street outside, but we try our best to keep it clean. It is a humble local joint and we are just happy to be a part of the daily routine in Thane West. If you are stuck in traffic near the Naka, you will definitely see our sign. We do not have a big team, just a few of us working hard to serve the neighborhood.
