Royal Darbaar

Royal Darbaar has been over here at the Allah Rakhi Commercial Complex for some time now. We are right by Agra Road in Kalyan City, which is always a bit chaotic with the cars and people moving toward Bail Bazar Circle. It’s a solid location if you don’t mind the noise from the street. I remember when we first moved into this unit, it took us forever to get the lights working just right. Now, it’s just our daily routine. We open up early and stay until the last person leaves. It’s a lot of work, honestly. My family helps out with the stuff that needs doing, like checking the inventory or talking to the folks who come in. We aren't trying to be some huge chain or anything like that. It’s just this one spot in Thane. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops come by for a chat when things are quiet. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s a plain place, nothing too special to look at, but we keep it clean. People usually find us because they are already in Kalyan for work or shopping at the market. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork. Most of what we do is just face-to-face. That's how we like it, really. It keeps things simple and we know who our regulars are.
