Riviera The Restaurant

Our restaurant is located in Emerald Plaza, specifically in Block Number 2 on the first floor. We are right above the Standard Chartered Bank in the Hiranandani Meadows area of Thane West. It is a good location, just off Pokhran Road Number 2 and right across from Lok Puram. Being up on the first floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise. We have been running this place for some time now. Most of our customers are families who live in the nearby buildings. They come in because it's convenient and the food is consistent. We didn't want a place that felt cold or like a big office, so we kept things feeling more like a home kitchen. The staff here knows a lot of the customers by name since they visit so often. It's a busy part of Thane, so there is always something going on outside. Inside, we just focus on getting the orders right and making sure everyone is fed. We aren't big on marketing or flashy signs. We mostly rely on people telling their neighbors about us. It's a simple business. We open up in the morning, prep the food, and serve until the last customer leaves at night. If you know where the bank is, you won't have any trouble finding us. It's a comfortable spot for a meal with the family or just a quick bite with friends from the neighborhood.
