Ritu Restaurant & Bar

Ritu Restaurant & Bar is out on Kalyan Shil Road in Thane West. We are located in Desai Gaon, right across from where River Wood Park is. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks and cars going by all the time, so it gets a bit dusty outside. The area is 400601 and has grown a lot lately. We have a mix of people coming in, some just for a drink and others for a full meal with their friends. It isn't a quiet lounge; it's more of a place where people talk and laugh loudly. We have been here since before some of these new buildings went up. The bar area is separate and we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but that’s what people seem to like when they are relaxing after work. We don't have a fancy dress code or anything. You can come in your work clothes and nobody cares. We handle everything ourselves, from the stocking of the fridge to cleaning the tables at night. It’s a lot of hours but it's our own thing. We don't use any corporate slogans or mission statements. We just serve what we have and try to keep the place decent for the neighbors and the travelers passing through this part of Thane. It’s a straightforward business and we work hard to keep it going. That's how we've always done it.
