Reffsmart Realty Private Limited is located up in unit A 2503 of the Eagleridge building. This is part of Hiranandani Estate on Ghodbunder Road in Thane. Being up on the 25th floor gives us a pretty wide view of the surroundings, which is a bit different from the street-level shops. It’s not about being flashy; it’s just where the work happens. We handle a lot of inquiries about the different towers in the estate. Moving around Hiranandani takes some time because of the scale of it. We usually have a lot of paperwork spread out on the desks. It’s a lot of coordinating between owners and folks looking to move in. Sometimes the elevators are slow, or the security at the gate is extra strict, which adds to the daily routine. We’re just a small team trying to keep everything organized in a very busy real estate market. It’s mostly about knowing which units have the best light and helping people navigate the rules of the estate. It gets quite busy on the weekends when people are off work.
