Redefy Realty Llp is tucked into Shop number 6 at Poonam Nagar B-1/2 CHS LTD. We are right there in Shanti Park, Mira Road East, which is a pretty active part of the city. If you’re looking for us, we are right across from Sector-6 and pretty close to the Dena Bank branch. The office is small but it gets the job done. Mira Road has a specific energy, and being on the ground floor of a CHS means we’re always seeing people go by on their way to the market or the bank. We spend most of our time keeping track of which shops are opening and which flats are going up for rent. It’s a lot of local knowledge that you only get by sitting in the shop every day. Sometimes it feels like we spend half the day just explaining directions to people lost in Shanti Park. The space inside is simple, with just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We don’t have fancy marketing teams or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling the documents and making sure the keys are in the right place. Working in Vasai Thane requires a lot of patience, especially when the rains hit and everything slows down. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the local building secretaries and the quirks of the neighborhood. It's just a regular local shop where we keep the fan running and the door open.
